c. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

7. Returns and Refunds

At Bavarian Auto, we maintain a strict no return and no refund policy. Once a purchase is confirmed and delivered, it is considered final.

However, we do offer an exchange policy under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility for Exchange:
    • The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect (not as ordered).
    • Exchange requests must be made within warranty period specified by brand, starting from the original date of purchase.
  • Non-Exchangeable Items:
    • Internal engine components (including but not limited to gaskets, oil seals, valves, valve seals, pistons, piston rings, connecting rod bearings, main bearings, timing chains, chain guides, sprockets).
    • Electrical or electronic parts (e.g., ECUs, and others that require coding prior to use).
    • Brake discs and pads.
    • Special order or custom-made parts.
    • Any item that has been used, tested, installed, or altered.
  • Exchange Process:
    • Contact our customer service team via email at cs@bavarian.com.my within 24 hours of receiving the item.
    • Provide your order number, clear photos/videos of the item, and a description of the issue.
    • If the exchange is approved, further instructions will be provided. The buyer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our part.

We reserve the right to reject exchange requests that do not meet the above conditions. Thank you for understanding.

 

 

8. Warranties and Liabilities

At Bavarian Auto, we strive to ensure the quality and reliability of all products we sell. Please note the following warranty and liability terms:

BOGAP Parts Warranty:

  • All BOGAP brand parts purchased from us come with a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not apply to wear-and-tear, improper installation, misuse, or modification of the part.

To make a warranty claim:

  • You must provide proof of purchase (invoice/receipt).
  • Clear documentation (e.g., photos/videos) of the defect must be submitted.
  • The part must not have been tampered with, disassembled, or altered in any way.
  • Installation must have been performed by a qualified technician.

Warranty claims are subject to evaluation by Bavarian Auto or the manufacturer. Approved claims will be resolved by repair or replacement only, not refunds.

  • Other Brands:
    Warranty coverage for non-BOGAP parts may vary depending on the manufacturer and will be specified where applicable. Please contact us for more information.
  • Limitations of Liability:
    We make no guarantees, express or implied, regarding the compatibility or performance of parts unless explicitly stated.
    We are not liable for:
    • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
    • Damage resulting from improper installation or use
    • Labour, diagnostic, or installation costs incurred for any warranty or non-warranty claim

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure parts are compatible with their vehicle and installed correctly by a professional.

 

 

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Upload or distribute malicious software or spam
