To ensure transparency and a smooth post-purchase experience, please review our comprehensive policy on exchanges, refunds, and defective/damaged parts. This policy applies to all purchases made through our online store.
Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Exchange
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind or incorrect purchases. Exchanges are only applicable for:
- Parts that are proven defective during the warranty period specified by brand, starting from the original date of purchase:
- BMW: 1 month
- BOGAP: 6 months
- Other IAM/OEM brands: 3 months
- Incorrect parts (not as ordered).
- Parts that are damaged during delivery.
Additional conditions:
- The part must be exchanged for the exact same part number/model.
- The part must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in its original packaging with all components intact, if parts are not as ordered or damaged during delivery.
- Clearance parts are strictly non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., invoice, order confirmation) is required.
Exchange Exclusions
Exchanges policy does not apply to the following part categories (unless proven to be defective upon receipt, damaged during delivery or not as ordered):
- Internal engine components (including but not limited to gaskets, oil seals, pistons, valve seals, timing chains, bearings, sprockets).
- Brake discs and pads.
- Electrical or electronic parts (e.g., ECUs, and others that require coding prior to use).
Exchange Procedure
Step 1: Contact Customer Support
Initiate an exchange request by contacting us via email or phone within the warranty period. Include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos (if defective or damaged)
Step 2: Evaluation and Approval
Our team will review your request. If approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.
Step 3: Return Shipping
- Package the part(s) securely in its original box, including all manuals, labels, and accessories.
- Ship the part(s) to the address provided.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the part is defective or incorrectly sent.
Step 4: Inspection and Processing
Upon receiving your returned part(s), our team will inspect it to ensure it meets exchange criteria. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
Refund Policy
We do not provide refunds unless:
- A defective or incorrect part was delivered and no replacement is available.
In such cases:
- A full refund, including original shipping costs, will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Parts
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong part:
- Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the part.
- Provide your order number, description of the issue, and clear supporting images.
- Once verified, we will:
- Offer a replacement (subject to availability), and
- Provide a prepaid return shipping label if the error was ours.
- If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
