1. Delivery Scope

We currently ship orders within Malaysia, including Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly.

 


 

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Processing time may be longer during peak seasons or promotional events. We will notify you of any delays.

 


 

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We partner with trusted logistic providers such as POS Malaysia to ensure timely delivery.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Peninsular Malaysia: 1–3 working days
  • Sabah & Sarawak: 3–5 working days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions or courier delays.

 


 

4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight/dimensions.
  • We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on applicable products or during promotional campaigns.

 


 

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or SMS. You can use this number to monitor the delivery status through the courier's website.

 


 

6. Failed Deliveries / Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
  • In the case of a failed delivery, the package may be returned to us. Reshipping fees will apply for any subsequent delivery attempts.

 


 

7. Inspection Upon Delivery

We recommend customers inspect their packages immediately upon delivery.

  • If your package appears damaged or tampered with, please take photos and report the issue to us within 24 hours.
  • If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of receipt to arrange for an exchange (refer to our Exchange, Return, & Refund Policy).

 


 

8. Customs and Duties (for international orders)

If we offer international shipping:

  • Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
  • Customs procedures may delay delivery times beyond our control.
